 Hello I'm Mary your therapist from Sunflower Mobile Massage Therapy. I am a certified Sports Massage Therapist and Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage Therapist with over 11 years of experience in massage therapy. Throughout my career, I have supported clients through accident recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

I have extensive experience in manual and post-operative lymphatic drainage, helping clients reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural recovery process following cosmetic and medical procedures. Treatments are always adapted to ensure safety, comfort, and effective outcomes.

My clinical background includes working with individuals recovering from injuries and surgery, as well as supporting those living with stroke after-effects, arthritis, scoliosis, postural imbalances, and herniated disc conditions. Each session is tailored to restore mobility, reduce pain, and promote long-term structural balance.

Where appropriate, I also incorporate my knowledge of essential oils to enhance relaxation and support overall wellbeing, selecting options carefully to complement each treatment.
